How Made by Us Works
Made by Us brings together talented sewers and makers to create unique, handmade pieces. Each item is crafted with care and reflects the creator’s own personal design, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind. It’s all about collaboration, creativity, and sharing beautiful, handmade items with you!

Shipping
Each seller has their own shipping requirements and timeframe for their goods. Under each product, you’ll see an estimated shipping date for your purchase. If you’re ever worried about your order, feel free to email or DM @made.by.rhi, and we’ll reach out to the seller on your behalf.
Quality
Each piece is selected with care and goes through a online check to ensure the quality meets the standard you’re paying for. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us via email or DM, and we’ll look into it.
Sizing
Every garment includes its measurements in the description. This makes it easy to check if it will fit you before you buy!
Returns
Since every garment is unique, we don’t offer refunds simply because of fit or preference. We aim to provide accurate measurements and clear photos to help you choose. If your product arrives damaged or different from how it looks, please DM or email us, and we’ll resolve it.

All parcels are shipped with Pass the Parcel

Standard shipping $8 (1-3 business days)
International: $20 standard (Shipped with New Zealand post)
Please note: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier! Delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond my control such as weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.
Returns:
Each garment is made to order or one of a kind, so returns are generally not accepted. I provide detailed measurements to help you deicide wether it is the right fit, and I encourage you to check these carefully before purchasing.
